How do I Enroll for Malaiti 24/7?

1. You need to be a ZESCO Prepaid Customer.
2. You need to own a mobile Phone with an activeAIRTEL SIM card.
3. You needto enroll as a memberof the AIRTEL MONEY (BANKING) SYSTEM; Forms are provided for this purpose and you need to supply a photocopy of your ID (e.g. NRC or Passport) as per Bank of Zambia regulations; If you are already enrolled on the AIRTEL MONEY System (formerly also known as ZMP), you can skip steps (3) and (4)
4. After completing the registration form, submit the form to any official AIRTEL retail outlet or AIRTEL MONEY SYSTEM dealer/ agent for processing; You will receive confirmation of successful registration within 24 to 48 hours; You will also be requested to change your secret PIN immediately from the default 1234 to any 4 digit pin of your choice specific to your AIRTEL MONEY account.
5. Once you are enrolled onto the AIRTEL BANKING SYSTEM you need to top- up your electronic wallet associated to your AIRTEL MONEY and cell phone number declared in the form in step (3) above; You can currently top-up your account from any official AIRTEL retail outlet or AIRTEL MONEY SYSTEM dealer/ agent Currently top-up your account from any official AIRTEL retail outlet or AIRTEL MONEY SYSTEM dealer/agent.

1. To buy your electricity units, go to the Airtel Menu on your cellphone and select ZESCOPP.
2. Follow the menus provided for the rest of the instructions to make the payment; ensure you have your ZESCO meter number at hand when you are requested for the Reference.
