ZESCO limited has introduced Direct Debit and Credit Clearing service(DDACC).This service is available to all Customers with kwacha bank account

How It Works

You agree on the amount to be debited from your account and date on which the payment is to be made. Payment will automatically be debited from your account. Complete and return the Direct Debit Mandate Form from ZESCO. The mandate gives authority and account details to debit your account.
